Shirley Vasileff realized her entrepreneurial dreams in 1992,
by establishing Vasileff Realty, Inc., after working for 18
years as a Mayoral Appointee for the City of Detroit in the
Coleman A.Young Administration. Shirley’s passion & commitment
to Detroit, as well as her inexhaustible work ethic and desire
to generate deals that close as seamlessly as possible with both
buyers & sellers excited about the transaction, has earned her a
reputation as a knowledgeable & fair expert in downtown
Detroit’s Cooperative & Condominium market.
Since it’s inception, Vasileff Realty has grown to include
several agents who share Shirley Vasileff’s integrity, ideals &
goals for a Detroit with vibrant residential communities and
straightforward & conscientious real estate practices. As
